Ballet Technique Workshop 7/8 July 8, 2023

This workshop will focus on ballet technique. Choosing to work hard to improve technique is one of the most important things a dancer can do at any age. Technique improves the way a dancer looks and feels in class and onstage. This workshop will provide knowledge of the fundamentals of technique along with stretch, and strengthening exercises that will help to improve your ability to execute that knowledge.

Schedule of the day:

• barre work
  
• center work
  
• pointe/pre pointe and strengthening

Bring water bottle, snack and a yoga mat.
