For Pointe Beginner

For dancers with some Pointe experience

Learn a variation or a piece from the classical repertoire. You may use the pieces you learned to perform at our bi-annual performances.

Class starts with a short Pointe warm up, followed by a variation that you may use to perform at our bi-annuel performances.

This class allow instructor/student to focus on a few chosen steps that they didn't have time to understand thoroughly during the technique class

Low impact class starting with ballet exercises done lying or sitting on the floor, and ending with some standing ballet exercises

No dance experience required, just a desire to express yourself through movement

Dynamic and static stretching help increase range of motion and mobility. For dancers and non-dancers alike.
