Terms and conditions for 20 Hour Studio Rental Pack
A) Insurance / Waiver of Liability
All rentals require certificate of general liability insurance that names “HaoExpression, 740 Sierra Vista Ave, suite G, Mountain View, CA 94043” as an additional insured in the minimum amount of one million dollars due seven (7) days before your event/class starts.
If insurance is not provided, all participants (instructors included) must sign a Release of Liability waiver to HaoExpression.
B) Fees & Charges:
Minimum one hour charge, in increments of one hour
1 Hour Pass $55
5-Hour Pass $250 ($50/h)
10-Hour Pass $450 ($45/h)
20-Hour Pass $800 ($40/h)
Must enter and exit the dance room sharp on time. May transition in the Lobby and changing room for up to 15 minutes. Passes to be purchased at haoexpression.pike13.com
C) Overtime:
Any hour started is due. A surveillance camera records time in and time out of the dance studio. Overtime will be charged in increments of one hour.
D) Rental time: Must include time for setup and clean up. Deliveries and pickups cannot be outside the rental period. In respect for our neighbors, music must conclude by 11:00 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays and by 10:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday.
E) Cancellations:
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price.
Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable.
HaoExpression reserves the right to cancel an applicant’s permit, if HaoExpression deems the facility not usable or unsafe due to natural causes, repair, renovation, or is deemed an unsuitable facility for the event. Changes to previously approved permits may result in cancellation of the permit.
F) Renter’s Responsibilities:
Assuring that all attendees wear proper shoes, reserved for dance floor such as ballet shoes, jazz shoes, or dance sneakers. Pointed heels must have protectors. Indoor or clean shoes only.
Returning the facility to its clean and tidy condition existing at the beginning of the rental is the renter’s responsibility. Unless otherwise specified HaoExpression staff will not provide janitorial service for the event.
HaoExpression is not responsible for any materials or equipment left by the renter on the premises. No confetti, powder or other substances may be thrown in or around the facility. Facility prohibit smoking inside and outside within 5 feet of a public entrance.
Close all doors and windows, switch off all lights and heating/cooling appliances before leaving the facility.
